We Haul Raleigh – Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with We Haul Raleigh (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully.

Note: We do not handle extremely large or heavy items such as pianos, pool tables, safes, or certain refrigerators and front-loading washers. All single-item hauls must safely fit in an open truck bed measuring 5.5′ wide × 8.0′ long (9.5′ long with the tailgate down). We reserve the right to refuse any job at any time for safety, health, ethical, or other reasons.

Services Provided

We offer junk removal, delivery, and light moving services in Raleigh, NC, and surrounding Triangle areas. We aim to be prompt, professional, and reliable. However, we may decline services that are unsafe, unsanitary, or beyond our capabilities.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are based on volume, time, and labor involved.
  • You will receive a price estimate before the job begins.
  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, major credit cards, phone apps, and checks (checks require prior approval). A small processing fee may apply for payments other than cash.

Additional charges: may apply for special circumstances such as:

  • Stairs

  • Oversized/heavy items

  • Long distances

Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Late cancellations may incur a fee.
  • If we arrive and cannot complete the job due to lack of access or safety concerns, a minimum service fee may still apply.

Damage & Liability

While we take great care with every job, we are not liable for:

  • Fragile, improperly packed, or pre-damaged items
  • Damage due to unsafe work environments (e.g., unstable stairs, blocked pathways)
  • Damage to walls, flooring, or doorways caused by tight clearances or customer requests to “squeeze” items through

We maintain liability insurance to cover any harm that could occur to us on your property.

Tip: Inform us in advance if an item is delicate or of high value

Items We Cannot Accept

We do not remove or transport:

  • Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, fuel, asbestos, etc.)
  • Explosives or firearms
  • Medical waste or biohazards

When in doubt, contact us before your appointment.

Property Access

You must provide clear, legal access to all areas where services are performed. If you are not present, we will only conduct tasks outside the property, not inside.

Weather & Rescheduling

Jobs may be rescheduled due to inclement weather.

Photos & Testimonials

We may take before and after photos for records or marketing purposes. No personal information will be shared. Reviews you leave may be displayed on our website or social media.

Privacy

We never sell or share your contact information. Any personal data collected is used only to provide the service you requested.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

We Haul Raleigh offers three different types of services:

1.) Delivery of Single Item or up to 6 Items (Dressers, Mattress, Appliances, etc.) using  Long Bed 8ft Pickup with 1 or 2 men and relocation service for 2-4 bedroom homes or apartments with 2-4 movers using 15ft. 20ft. or 26ft. Box Truck.

2.) Junk Removal (Property Clean Outs etc.)

3.) Moving Labor (Loading/ Unloading Pods or Rental Trucks, Rearranging items in Home or Office)

We provide experienced, friendly, professional service. Fees are based on size of load, distance from our location, kinds of items, flights of stairs and if using our moving labor only service, the amount of hours and men needed (two hour minimum required).

For larger scale moves requiring men with box truck simply enter your information into our request link on the home page and receive your quote within one business day, if uncertain whether a box truck is required you may still use the request link, however smaller scale tasks may be determined quicker if you’re able to text your pics to our number with details and date you want the task completed.
